This painting is an intermediate piece between the old work and the new.
It utilises an older landscape I had painted, with new figures over the top.
Originally intended to be a dark piece with two human figures in great pain,
the figures were painted out, and the hunter and the mole were added.
It was begun just as my style began to change.
