Born Poland 1940. Lived in Germany 1945-51.

Arrived in Sydney,Australia Sept 1951.

Lived in Toronto and then Newcastle went to School at

Toronto,Hamilton,then Cooks Hill High.

Moved to Sydney 1960 -1969 returned to Newcastle.

Left Newcastle 1986 for Noosa.

 

Married twice and other relationships resulted in 

two daughters and a son all grown up now.

My daughters have made me a grandfather x 4 :)

 

Began exhibiting Sydney 1960.

Barry Stern showed my work and was very supportive.

 

First "one man" show 1969.

Exhibited all over Australia in group and solo shows.

Was part of the Stuyvesant Trust show travelling Australia.

 

Represented in private collections including Vincent Price,

Sears Roebuck,Clunes Collection,Frank Watters,

Guy Retif,T.Martin,Pamela Payton,Dimitri Marga etc.

A bit of a statement.......

My main interest is the inner mindscape..to make more of the 

unconscious conscious.

 

I'm facinated by the (my) personal unconscious and her

alleged struggle with the collective unconscious.

   (see waterboy)

 

One thing is for sure...without the (my) personal unconscious there would

be no paintings.
